Junior MEP Site Engineer – Heathrow Airport T2 Baggage Programme (Tranche 5)

About the Role:
You will be a key part of the MEP site engineering team responsible for delivering Tranche 5 of the T2 Baggage Programme. This role covers all stages of the project lifecycle, from early investigations to delivery and handover. Your main focus will be on site delivery, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality — all while maintaining smooth Airport Operations.
You will work closely with the client and stakeholders, embracing a collaborative ‘one team’ approach aligned with their values and behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out MEP site-based engineering duties across Tranche 5 of the T2 Baggage Programme
Support project delivery through all lifecycle stages, from investigation to handover
Ensure works are delivered safely, to quality standards and on schedule without disrupting airport operations
Collaborate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and supply chain partners
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements and quality enhancements
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (completed or in progress)
Strong record-keeping skills and attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with engineers, supervisors, and contractors
Confidence to ask questions, raise concerns, and challenge when necessary
Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passion for delivering high-quality work and exceeding expectations
