This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional looking to step into a true operational business partnering role, supporting site leadership and driving performance across a portfolio of hotels.
The Role
* Act as a key finance partner to General Managers and department heads, providing insight, challenge and support
* Own monthly management accounts, variance analysis and performance reporting across multiple sites
* Lead on budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
* Support day-to-day operational decision-making, identifying opportunities to improve margins and control costs
* Work closely with central finance teams to ensure strong processes, controls and reporting integrity
* Assist in the preparation of business cases and investment analysis
About You
1. Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
2. Background within the hospitality sector is essential
3. Prior experience in management accounting or business partnering roles
