JOB SUMMARY Main duties to include dealing with incoming telephone calls confidently and signpost patients to the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient, and effective way. To be able to process appointment requests from patients by telephone or by the relevant NHS approved communication tool, following the Care Navigation protocol. To provide a professional and comprehensive information support service to the practice team.
