In this pivotal position, you will work at the heart of our children's integrated health teams, helping to shape high-quality health information and advice within Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Your expertise will directly influence the support children receive and the outcomes they achieve.
You'll collaborate closely with our partners in education and work alongside the Designated Clinical Officer (DCO) and Designated Medical Officer (DMO) to champion quality, consistency, and meaningful outcomes for children and young people across Oldham.

Main duties of the job
Join Oldham's Children's Community Service Directorate as a key member of our team, coordinating and championing the health needs of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You'll work closely with families, education partners, and health colleagues to help ensure every child receives the tailored support they need to thrive, contributing to a compassionate and forward-thinking service that makes a real difference in our community.
