In this exciting role, you will deliver excellence in customer support and add-on sales. You will be based at home in the UK managing assigned accounts and working closely with the Customer Support team to deliver customer satisfaction. You will report through the UKI Customer Success Team Manager to the Sales Director.

* You will be an expert in the Sectra products you sell and keep yourself updated as regards future products
* Build and nurture relationships with c-level managers and influencers to become a trusted advisor delivering best practice solutions
* Develop an understanding of the customer strategies aligning them to Sectra’s solutions to achieve their goals
* Work with customers to improve NPS scores
* Travel extensively within your territory, with the possibility of weekend work and overnight stays away from home


Responsibilities

* Be an expert in Sectra products and stay updated on future products
* Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders to deliver best-practice solutions
* Align customer strategies with Sectra’s solutions to help customers achieve their goals
* Collaborate with the Customer Support team to deliver customer satisfaction
* Manage assigned accounts from home in the UK and contribute to add-on sales


Qualifications

* A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other IT related field
* Fluency in English
* Value customer contact and thrive in a fast-paced technological environment
* Interest in the latest technologies, such as machine learning, cloud-based streaming applications, visualization, etc.
* Ability to operate in a technical and professional sales environment
* Good overall business acumen, negotiation skills, market understanding and ability to build value-based customer relationships
* Extensive IT know-how to fully understand customer needs and requirements
* Outgoing personality and excellent ability to establish long-term business contacts
* Speaks more languages than those required above (asset)
* Experience with other cultures (asset)
* Interests besides work (asset)
* In-depth experience of PACS technologies, radiology workflow and tools (asset)
* Experience of ITIL framework (asset)
