Real Estate Development Solicitors\nAssociate (2–4 PQE) | Senior Associate (5–8 PQE)\nBirmingham or London\n\nA highly regarded real estate development practice is looking to appoint both an Associate (2–4 PQE) and a Senior Associate (5–8 PQE) to support continued growth.\n\nThe role focuses on residential development and site acquisition work, acting for a broad client base including developers, registered providers, care home operators, pension funds and private investors. Matters range from smaller sites through to large-scale, high-profile developments.\n\nYou can expect exposure to:\n\n * Site acquisitions, conditional contracts, options and overage agreements\n\n * Development agreements and joint venture support\n\n * Title due diligence, planning and section 106 matters\n\n * Regeneration, care and mixed-use development projects\n\nThe team is well established, partner-led and known for the quality and scale of its work, offering excellent client contact, responsibility and long-term progression.\n\nCandidates should have solid experience in residential development and enjoy working closely with clients on complex transactions.
