Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead the planning and execution of advertising and communications campaigns. This role involves collaborating with marketing, creative, production, strategy, finance, and external partners from brief to delivery, ensuring all teams contribute effectively.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing multiple campaigns end-to-end with strong project management skills
* Understanding strategic objectives and their impact on brand growth
* Managing integrated 360 campaigns across various media formats
* Overseeing all deliverables for advertising and communications campaigns
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
* Communicating effectively both in writing and verbally, confidently presenting to stakeholders at all levels
* Ensuring financial rigor and managing the account budget
* Handling fast-paced environments and multi-stakeholder teams, with pan-market experience preferred
Day-to-day responsibilities:
* Writing status reports and verifying work against briefs
* Coordinating with marketing to develop and receive briefs from the agency and stakeholders
* Organizing internal briefing sessions and collaborating with strategy teams
* Partnering with Creative Directors and Executive Producers to deliver high-quality creative work
* Managing resources, project plans, and budgets to meet project goals
* Communicating project progress, resolving issues, and managing client expectations
* Leading client presentations and gathering feedback at all project stages
* Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, ensuring timeliness, budget adherence, and alignment with briefs
* Escalating issues and facilitating resolutions involving relevant stakeholders
* Maintaining financial oversight, including monthly burn reports and budget tracking
* Planning future projects and communicating priorities and delays to stakeholders
* Managing relationships with third-party vendors and production companies
