You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver meaningful programmes that make a difference. Key Responsibilities: Programme Delivery – Own the day-to-day delivery of mentoring schemes, digital events, and employer campaigns. Keep everything running smoothly across teams and timelines. Client Success – Help ensure clients get real value from every programme. Build relationships, communicate progress clearly, and contribute to retention and upsell opportunities. Content Coordination – Manage the flow of campaign assets, session content, and platform updates. Work with internal teams to keep briefs, deadlines, and content aligned. Operational Support – Maintain CRM and internal systems, help track project milestones, and support broader team delivery processes. Insight & Feedback – Capture survey results and client feedback, drawing out key takeaways to improve future programme performance. About You: You’re a strong project or client success manager – someone who thrives on structure, timelines, and delivery You’re a confident communicator who can build trust with clients and collaborators You’re tech-savvy and happy using tools like Zoom, Mailchimp, and CRM systems You’re commercially minded, with a proactive, can-do approach You’re detail-oriented but also able to see the bigger picture What’s on Offer: £45,000 – £55,000 base salary (depending on experience) 10% bonus tied to personal and team performance Remote-first (UK-based) with regular London meet-ups £500 home office setup allowance £300 tech allowance 25 days holiday UK bank hols Christmas shutdown Growth opportunities in a purpose-driven, agile team PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE HAPPY TO BE IN LONDON DURING SEASONAL TIMES FOR CONSECUTIVE DAYS AT A TIME (particularly March to July and again in October and November — where this person is needed to be in London two to three days a week, sometimes for several weeks in a row.
