What you will do on a typical day:
* Be part of a team that is responsible for vehicle administration
* Manage customer service both internally and externally
* Support the transport operation in compliance to company processes
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested in a timely manner
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Experience in logistics, an understanding of transport regulations, systems (Flexipod, WinSight, Vision Telematics) desirable but not essential
* Excellent organisation, communication, and customer service skills
* Solid understanding of IT systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
* Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
Highly accurate, detail-focused, with strong time management and task prioritization to meet targets and SLAs
