Job Description:
This person will be a key member of the Wills and Probate team providing quality advice to clients in person or by phone. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading legal firm as it evolves and expands its private clients business.
The Successful Applicant:
* Law Degree or sufficient legal knowledge to manage a caseload of private client files. (5 years + experience).
* Previous experience working as a fee earner within a private client environment.
* Working knowledge of the SRA’s regulations to ensure confidentiality and security of all practice and client documentation/information.
* Excellent IT skills – strong systems capability is essential.
* Positive and self-motivated – able to prioritize/expedite workload to deliver an excellent service.
* Commercial and confident with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Able to develop strong working relationships with staff, Partners and Clients.
