Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We’re working with a well-established children’s residential service in Brighton who are looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join their team.
You’ll be supporting children aged 6 - 16 years of age with SEMH and complex needs, helping them grow, develop, and move towards independence.

What we’re looking for:
• At least 12 months’ experience in a children’s residential home
• Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Children’s Residential Care
• A valid UK driving licence preferrable
• Above all, a genuine passion for supporting young people
