Americold – Helping our customers Feed the World. Here at Americold UK, we are recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to support the HR team by uploading, organising, and maintaining employee paper and digital records within Oracle.
This role is heavily administrative in nature and involves repetitive and structured tasks, requiring a high level of accuracy, discretion, and consistency. It is ideal for someone who enjoys methodical work, has strong computer skills, and understands the importance of handling confidential employee information.
Responsibilities
* Upload and accurately record employee paper and electronic documents into Oracle.
* Digitise paper files and ensure correct naming, indexing, and categorisation.
* Maintain orderly and up-to-date employee records in line with HR standards.
* Carry out quality checks to ensure data accuracy and document completeness.
* Support data clean-up and migration activities as required.
* Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and follow established HR processes, policies, and data protection requirements.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm) with flexibility for 6/8 weeks.

* Previous experience in an administrative role (essential)
