Responsibilities of the role
* Supporting the accounts team, accurately processing credits/debits, transfers and other postings
* Production of cheques required by staff.
* Provide cover for reception duties answering calls and directing client enquiries
* Meeting and greeting clients demonstrating professionalism at all times
* Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Maintaining accurate control of the firm's document storage systems including dealing with client requests for documents
* Providing support to senior members of staff where required
Experience:
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant ideally with an accounts background
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
* Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
* Familiarity with legal accounting software is a plus
* Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
