About the Role
We are currently seeking a qualified Gas Engineer to cover Bristol and surrounding areas, carrying out domestic gas servicing and breakdown repairs only — no installations.
This is a field-based role ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys fault-finding, diagnostics, and delivering high-quality service to customers in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out annual gas safety checks and boiler servicing
* Diagnose and repair faults on domestic gas appliances
* Complete landlord gas safety certificates (CP12)
* Ensure all work complies with current Gas Safe regulations
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
* Accurately complete job reports and required documentation
Requirements
* Valid CCN1 (Core Domestic Gas Safety) – Essential
* Relevant domestic gas qualifications (CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT preferred)
* Gas Safe Registered (or eligible)
* Proven experience in servicing and breakdown repairs
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
