About the Role
We are currently seeking a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about working with high-quality, fresh produce.
You will be responsible for running your designated section efficiently and consistently, ensuring the highest standards of preparation, presentation, and hygiene are maintained at all times. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver exceptional service.
This role is ideal for a passionate chef who is serious about developing their career and stepping into a future senior position within a forward-thinking kitchen.

What We’re Looking For

Extensive experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis/ Demi Chef ready to step up

Proven ability to work with fresh, local produce

Experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environments
