What you will do as a Door Person - Front Office
* To meet and greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner assisting with luggage and transportation arrangements as appropriate.
* Follow Brand standards for welcoming guests
* Provide welcome drink upon arrival (including alcohol)
* Ensure the lobby cleanliness is matching with five star standards
* Ensure the lobby bar is cleaned
* Ensure the lobby bar fridge, coffee machine, shelves are refilled
* Delivering items to the guest rooms ( food delivery, parcels, HSK items, luggage)
* Potentially assisting housekeeping department if they need help with delivering extra bed, items, letters to the room
* Notify the duty manager of any suspicious activity in the lobby
* Direct guest to the appropriate outlets and be aware of the opening times
* Assisting host to buy items for care stories and other essential tools for guest or the department ( pens, sim card…)
* Assisting guest with taxi outside the hotel
* Collecting the stock order every Monday/Wednesday/Friday
* Be aware of the local shops and restaurants to be able to provide guest the right recommendation and direction
* Be aware of airport access
