I am looking for an Ofsted registered nanny to support my return to work on a Monday to Wednesday basis. Hours are still to be finalised, but ideally around 6:45am to 3:45pm, depending on commute and school timings.
I work in Leeds city centre and need to leave before 7am, with return typically before 3:30pm.
This role is caring for three children:
One toddler (2 years old)
Two school-aged children (8 and 10 years old)
During term time, the role includes:
Morning care and preparing children for school
Walking children to and from a local school (walking distance)
Caring for the toddler during the day
Engaging in age-appropriate activities, including local groups and play centres
School pick-up in the afternoon
During school holidays, the role will involve caring for all three children throughout the day.
The girls are independent in their morning routines, including getting themselves ready and having breakfast.
There are no expectations for household duties beyond childcare. All meals will be pre-prepared and provided.
We are a multi-allergy household, so experience with allergies is essential. The main allergies include dairy and soya (no contact anaphylaxis), and one child also has a pea allergy.
Requirements:
Ofsted registered and DBS checked
Non-smoker
Experience with allergies and neurodiversity
Ideally holds a full driving licence (car not essential as everything is local and within walking distance)
Hours: Approx. 27 hours per week (Monday to Wednesday).
Thursday may be available for the right candidate if additional hours are required.
Holidays: 17 days holiday plus additional paid Bank Holidays.
Pay: Salary dependent on experience.
