Join Montu UK as we scale one of the most exciting healthcare ventures in Europe. We're on a mission to transform access to innovative treatments - and our operations need to run as efficiently and compliantly as our ambitions demand. That's where you come in. We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Estates & Facilities Manager to take ownership of our new UK pharmaceutical facility. This is a critical role that ensures our site operates safely, securely, and in full compliance with regulatory standards - while supporting the pace and quality of a fast-growing business. What You'll Be Doing You'll lead the day-to-day management of our facility, making sure our environment remains compliant, efficient, and fit for purpose - from the front office to secure storage and warehousing areas. Key responsibilities include: Oversee the ongoing maintenance and operation of the entire facility - including HVAC, fire safety, access control, utilities, and waste management. Take a proactive, hands-on approach to resolving operational issues, ensuring systems are optimised and downtime is minimised. Liaise with external contractors and service providers to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance. Ensure full regulatory compliance (e.g. MHRA, GDP, Health & Safety) through regular inspections, risk assessments, and documentation. Lead on space planning, layout optimisation, and support any fit-outs or renovations as the site becomes fully operational. Monitor and manage budgets related to facilities operations, repairs, and service contracts. Support office and warehouse functions including cleaning, pest control, consumables, and supplies. Work collaboratively across departments and suppliers to uphold high standards of safety, quality, and performance. What We're Looking For 3-5 years' experience in estates, facilities, or property management - ideally within pharmaceutical, logistics, or regulated industries. Strong working knowledge of building systems and workplace safety standards. Familiarity with MHRA, GDP, or other GxP environments is a strong advantage. Confident managing service providers, building contracts, and operational budgets. Organised, communicative, and calm under pressure - with a strong eye for compliance and detail. Comfortable being hands-on and proactive in a fast-moving, scaling environment. Proficiency in facilities management software and MS Office Suite. IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent certification is desirable. Why Join Montu? We're redefining how patients access treatments, and every role here plays a part in that mission.
