Job Summary
The EPR Acceleration Programme will be the most significant transformation of ways of working across our organisation in a generation. It will unify our acute and community services on a single digital platform and support the development of new pathways of care that ensure our patients are treated in the right place at the right time.
The EPR Acceleration Data Quality and Data Migration Programme Manager will be responsible for a highly complex programme of work relating to Data Quality and Data Migration within the EPR Acceleration Programme.

Job Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of the Data Quality and Migration strategy, ensuring alignment with business and clinical requirements.
* Manage interdependencies with other workstreams and projects, identify risks and issues, and ensure effective resolution.
* Provide expert technical knowledge of EPR Data Quality and Data Migration, communicating complex issues to a wide range of staff.
* Collaborate with the Senior Management Group to realise investment benefits through targeted support and SME advice.
* Assess and manage technologies, modules and solutions that support data migration and pre‑migration quality improvement.
* Communicate the EPR Acceleration strategy across managers, clinicians and operational staff, fostering understanding and commitment.
* Work with Information Governance Leads to ensure integrity of tasks and compliance with policies and procedures.
* Develop project change control procedures, ensuring effective implementation and documentation.
* Maintain risk register and manage substantial capital budgets.
Person Specification – Qualifications (Essential)
* Degree or substantial equivalent experience within Healthcare Data Migration field
* Post Graduate Qualification or significant relevant experience in a large complex organisation
* Masters degree or significant relevant experience in a large complex organisation
* PRINCE2 Practitioner
* Managing Successful Programmes (MSP Practitioner) or significant relevant experience
* Evidence of continual professional development

* High level understanding of NHS information requirements
