We are looking to recruit a Night Assistant Support Worker to join our team in Halfway, Eva Burrows 1st Stop Lifehouse. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for assisting and delivering a high-quality programme of support and meaningful activities. You will need good communication skills and an enthusiasm for working with vulnerable, homeless adults. This role also covers Out of Hours Support for individuals and families at risk of homelessness. The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate: Motivation towards supporting vulnerable clients to achieve focussed and positive life outcomes. Working with in a trauma informed way through support intervention. Knowledge of Crisis Intervention. Registration with SSSC within 3 months of appointment.
