Responsibilities
* Make daily outbound calls to generate seller leads and new listings
* Conduct property market appraisals and position listings effectively
* Photograph properties and write compelling listings
* Manage your pipeline, conduct client viewings, and close deals
* Advise clients with transparency and confidence
* Build long-term relationships and grow your personal brand
* Stay informed on market trends and community developments

What We’re Looking For
* Background in sales, real estate, banking, insurance, finance, or luxury retail
* Fluent in English (other languages like French, Arabic, or Russian are a plus)
* Driven, coachable, and motivated to build a long-term career
* Professional presence and confident communicator
* Willing to relocate to Dubai within 30–60 days
* No previous Dubai real estate experience required – full training provided
