Salary Expectation: £25,000-£29,000 depending on experience

Job Description

Established for over 22 years, EPH Creative is one of the UK’s leading event & theming suppliers. We serve a diverse range of clients, including well-known TV Shows, Visitor Attractions, Corporate Clients, Weddings, and Private Parties. We supply props and theming to over 2,000 events and bespoke projects annually. Our headquarters near Wetherby houses an extensive collection of props, furniture, and theming, along with one of the largest State of the Art Scenic Production facilities in the UK.

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Graphic Designer to join our Design Team, reporting to our Design Director.

You will be central to our print customisation work, developing signage, product branding, and artwork that are visually appealing and print-ready. Collaboration with our in-house Print Technician will be essential to bring ideas to life across installations and internal campaigns.

You will also support our Marketing, Product, and Sales teams with design assets, photo editing, and pitch deck polishing. This role provides variety, responsibility, and the creative freedom to explore different styles and aesthetics.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, along with experience preparing designs for print production, is required.

Please note: Due to the collaborative nature of this role, it involves close liaison with multiple departments across different streams. Therefore, this is an in-person position without remote or hybrid working options.


Responsibilities

* Lead the production and preparation of customised print artwork, including signage, packaging, and branding.
* Collaborate with the Print Technician to ensure artwork is print-accurate and production-ready.
* Create creative graphic assets for stock products and themed environments.
* Edit and retouch product photography with the Digital Content Producer.
* Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, digital assets, and signage.
* Use Adobe Suite and Canva to create consistent brand assets across formats.
* Adapt designs to various visual styles and themes.
* Support the sales team by refining presentation decks when needed.
* Follow internal briefing procedures and maintain organized file structures.
* Manage multiple projects and deadlines proactively and independently.


Skills/Attributes

* 2–3+ years of relevant graphic design experience.
* Strong knowledge of print design standards and artwork preparation.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
* Working knowledge of Canva and applying brand assets across templates.
* Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
* Experience with image editing and basic product photography retouching.
* Familiarity with digital sketching tools like Procreate or Adobe Sketch (nice to have).
* Excellent attention to detail and design quality.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to adapt to various themes and visual styles.
* Self-motivated and independent working ability.
* Friendly, professional approach to teamwork and client interactions.
* Creative flair and an eye for quality design.
* Innovative thinker with imaginative solutions for event design.
* Motivated to use initiative.
