The Role
You’ll provide practical, emotional and behavioural support to young people in our care, ensuring they feel safe, valued and empowered.
* Building positive, professional relationships
* Supporting daily routines (cooking, cleaning, home tasks)
* Keeping accurate records and contributing to care plans
* Supporting young people in meetings with professionals
* Working collaboratively with the team
About You
* Compassionate, patient and resilient
* Able to maintain boundaries and confidentiality
* Confident in challenging behaviour positively
* Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care (or willing to work towards)
* Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
* Experience in children’s care (desirable)
Shift Info
* Full Time Position
* 24 hour shift (10am-10am) £278 per shift
* 3rd person shift (7.30am-10.30pm) £227.50 per shift
* 2 on 3 off rota
* £13.50ph | £62 sleep rate
