Your new roleThis a great opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper / Finance manager who is looking for a varied role, main duties will include managing all transactional finance Month/year end preparation and payroll administration.Key Duties:
1. Managing all supplier payments
2. Reviewing monthly Creditors reports
3. Process Expenses & Credit card payments.
4. Nominal Ledger - Accruals & Prepayment scheduling
5. Sales Ledger receipts + reconciliation
6. Customer Statement, queries and payment chasing
7. Payroll, Auto-enrolment
8. CIS + PAYE & reconcile & payments with HMRC.
9. Bank Account reconciliation.
10. Month end activities – Profit & Loss and balance sheet reconciliations
11. Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns
12. Prepare Year End ready for Audit.
13. To prepare and presentplete accounts monthly to Director
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate for the role will have experience as a hands on Finance Manager/Bookkeeper working within an SME business, this is a fast paced reactive business and the ideal candidate will be hands on, have excellentmunication skills, experience of Accounting Systems and Xero would be advantageous.
