SourceCo Recruitment are looking for a logistics manager for a long term client in the heart of Worcester.
In this role, youll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently across the UK.
The Salary:
£27,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
The Working Hours:
8am until 5pm Monday to Thursday
8am until 5pm Friday
The Role:
Planning and managing nationwide schedules for templating and installation teams
Balancing weekly workloads to ensure consistent and achievable factory output
Communicating daily with teams to confirm schedules and respond to any changes
Coordinating deliveries to key hubs, including Scotland and Sheffield
Liaising with haulage partners to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations
Overseeing and managing the company vehicle fleet
Ensuring compliance with transport regulations and company policies
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Experience in logistics planning, transport coordination, or a similar role
Experience managing subcontractors or working across nationwide operations (desirable)
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands
Strong communication and coordination skills
A good understanding of UK geography and postcode planning
