Main Purpose of Job
The Digital Content Executive is responsible for creating high-quality visual and digital content that supports DOC Cleaning's marketing, sales, sustainability and internal communications activity.
The role focuses on design, presentation development, photography and video creation, ensuring all materials are professional, engaging and aligned with DOC Cleaning's brand identity.
The Digital Content Executive will support the Commercial Team by designing client presentations and proposal documents, while also producing creative content for digital platforms and internal communications.

Digital Content & Brand Delivery:
The Digital Content Executive will generate and deliver engaging visual content across multiple channels to strengthen brand awareness and support business growth.
Key responsibilities:
· Newsletters and Reports
Create content for newsletters, ensuring alignment with the relevant Heads of Departments, creating and designing the final draft.
Stay updated on industry trends and company news to enhance newsletter content.
Collaborate with multiple departments to produce timely reports and publications, including DOC Cleaning's annual Beyond Cleaning Impact Report and other company-wide updates.
· Brochures and Additional Literature
Contribute to the development of brochures and company literature through the creation of compelling narratives and design elements.
Support the creation and ongoing development of wider company collateral, including employee handbooks, company brochures and formal corporate documents, ensuring consistency with DOC Cleaning's brand standards.
· Document Design and Creation
Assist with the design and creation of new documents and templates, using
Canva, Adobe InDesign and specialist AI tools where applicable.
Investigate and assist with improvements to brand promotion and marketing through the use of images, photography, video creation, etc.
Support the design and formatting of client presentations, proposals and sales documents to ensure all materials are professional and aligned with DOC Cleaning's branding.
· SEO Content Writing and Website Support
Assist with the creation and optimisation of website content, including service pages, blog articles, news articles and case studies, ensuring alignment with SEO best practice.
Support ongoing WordPress updates, maintaining consistency in tone, structure and visual presentation, ensuring all website imagery and supporting visuals are professional, on-brand and optimised for digital performance.
Utilise tools such as SEMrush to support keyword research, performance monitoring and continuous improvement of search visibility.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to improve organic reach through structured digital publishing and data-informed content creation.
· Internal Communications
Produce a variety of content and media to assist with the promotion of internal communication.
Lead the design and distribution of weekly bulletins and wider company updates, ensuring content is clear, engaging and aligned with DOC Cleaning's brand standards.
Utilise platforms such as Mailchimp, Facility Apps and Monday to support the delivery, tracking and management of all communications activities.
Support the creation of internal visual content for company announcements, social initiatives and wider engagement activity.
· Photography and Video Content
Capture photos and video content during site visits, community and volunteering events, industry events and internal activities as required.
Edit and prepare photography and video content for marketing, social media and internal communications use.
Produce short-form video content for campaigns, company updates and digital storytelling.
Maintain an organised library of photography and video assets.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential
· Experience of planning and creating digital content for a range of audiences
· Experience using Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe InDesign.
· Confidence in photography, videography and basic video editing.
· Experience supporting written content such as blogs, case studies or website content.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Desirable
· Relevant marketing, design or digital media qualification.
· Knowledge of facilities management, preferably in the cleaning sector.
· Experience producing internal or external publications.
· Familiarity with AI tools and digital marketing analytics platforms, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
