As an Entry-Level 360 Contract Recruitment Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team that builds relationships with clients and candidates in life-changing industries. Key Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Understanding and addressing the needs of both clients and candidates
* Matching candidates to suitable roles within the STEM industries
* Negotiating contracts and managing the recruitment process from start to finish
Ideal Candidate:
A successful Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant at SThree should possess most of the following:
* A natural sales ability
* Some commercial experience (sales experience in B2B, telesales, F2F, D2D is advantageous)
* Competitive flair (experience in sports or high-level competitions is a plus)
* Strong relationship-building skills
* A drive and hunger to succeed
* Motivation to achieve financial success
