What difference will you make?
This is one of the most important roles within the organisation. Assistant to Chief Executive Director will deputise at board & staff meetings, deal with important station matters in Chief Executive Directors absence.
Also assist with promotion of Chief Executive Directors shows, alerts unsigned artists when their music airs, and helps grow listeners while showcasing Daz In The Hat Radio's support for independent artists.

Experience/skills
Public Relations - Liaise with Directors, members of the team, listeners, artists & stakeholder
Governance - Ensure the company adheres to its Governance & Policies
Change Management - Assis & oversee planned changes in team & company process
Service Design - Assist with developing & changing services as stion grows.
What will you be doing?
Duties include
Deputise for Chief Executive in his absence
Promote radio shows across social media platforms before and after broadcast
Notifying unsigned artists, promoters, and agents when music is aired
Sharing show highlights, playlists, and upcoming guest information
Encouraging listener engagement and helping grow the show's audience
Supporting consistent and positive representation of the station online
