eWe’re looking for a confident and commercially‑savvy Dynamics 365 CE Pre‑Sales Solution Architect to join a fast‑growing Microsoft Partner. You’ll play a key role in shaping deals, designing high‑level CE and Power Platform solutions, and guiding customers through the value of the Microsoft ecosystem
You’ll work closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to translate business challenges into compelling solution designs that win projects and deliver measurable outcomes
Key Responsibilitie
* sLead discovery sessions to understand client pain points and map requirements to D365 CE capabilitie
* sDesign scalable, secure, and commercially viable CE and Power Platform architecture
* sDeliver tailored product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts that highlight business value and RO
* ISupport RFP/RFI responses and proposal creation with clear, persuasive solution narrative
* sCollaborate with sales teams to shape winning propositions and define scope boundarie
* sEngage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to C‑suite decision‑maker
* sEnsure pre‑sales commitments align with delivery capability and resource availabilit
ySkills & Experienc
* eStrong background in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service
* )Solid understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
* )Experience in pre‑sales, solution architecture, or functional consulting within the Microsoft Partner ecosyste
* mExcellent communication and presentation skills — able to simplify complex concepts for non‑technical audience
* sCommercial awareness and ability to balance technical design with business outcome
