Your New CompanyA respected not‑for‑profit organisation is urgently seeking a proactive and organised Temporary Office Manager to oversee the smooth day‑to‑day running of operations.Your New RoleThis is a varied and fast‑paced position where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating and preparing schedules for Board, Committee, and Residents’ Meetings
* Preparing and issuing agendas in partnership with Committee Chairs
* Taking accurate minutes and distributing them promptly
* Managing and instructing contractors as required
* Raising and processing contracts against approved purchase orders
* Coordinating advertisements and notices
* Maintaining strong working relationships with the local Council
What You'll Need to SucceedThe ideal candidate will bring:
* Demonstrated experience in a similar Office Manager or administrative leadership role
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders
* A proactive, self‑motivated approach and the ability to work independently
