Bridgend County Borough's ICT Department is committed to providing a customer led information technology service. Our aim is to exhibit continuing improvement in all its activities by concentrating on meeting the business needs of its customers by means of appropriate investment in technology and staff.
Working under the guidance of the Support Team Leader you will provide ICT hardware and related software support to users across all directorates of the Council. You will help in the smooth running of the Support function and will need to be customer focused.
You will possess an NVQ Level 3 qualification in ICT, or the ability to demonstrate competence through experience of working in an ICT Support Team environment.
The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
