Job Description
:
- The SLPA will support our Speech/Language Pathologists in treatment of patients with speech,
language, and communication disorders
- Assess speech and language abilities and progress toward therapy goals
- Implement therapeutic activities and exercises designed to improve speech and
communication skills
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- This is a 10-month (school year) position which follows Massachusetts schools' vacations and
holidays
Job Requirements:

- Patience, strong communication skills, and a good sense of humor are highly recommended to
be successful in this role
- Associates degree from a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Program
- Current and valid state licensure/certification in Massachusetts is required
