As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the very foundation of our direct sales model. This role involves having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.
WHAT'S THE ROLE?
As an Account Manager, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, demonstrate our innovative products and software on-site, develop existing customer relationships, and uncover new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing your sales area strategically, utilizing our CRM system, Salesforce.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
* Visiting sites and customers to understand their needs and propose solutions
* Demonstrating products and software on-site
* Developing 'focus' customers and generating new leads
* Managing your sales territory using Salesforce
