About the Role:

You’ll be working in primary care, supporting both patients and practice teams while maintaining high clinical standards. The role offers independence, variety, and ongoing professional development within a clinically led service that values evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver specialist respiratory clinics and patient audits in line with local and national guidelines
* Support and mentor general practice teams to improve respiratory care delivery
* Work across primary care settings to improve outcomes for patients with chronic respiratory conditions
* Maintain high clinical standards while managing a varied community-based caseload
About You:
* Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
* Minimum of 3 years’ respiratory experience
* Current experience delivering COPD and/or asthma reviews within primary care
* Practical experience in spirometry
* Full UK driving licence
