Job Description
About the Role
As a Health Care Field Supervisor, youll be at the heart of delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred care across our services. This is a hands-on, dynamic role that mixes office-based planning with field-based visits, giving you the chance to get out and about, meet clients, and support your team on the ground.
Youll support and inspire frontline care staff by conducting spot checks, audits, and competency assessments to ensure care is always delivered to the highest standards. Your guidance will help staff grow in confidence and deliver the compassionate care our service users deserve.
You will also have direct contact with clients and their families, carrying out initial assessments, introducing them to our services, and completing regular reviews. Youll be the go-to person for questions, feedback, and safeguarding concerns, making sure our service users always feel safe, listened to, and supported.
This role is a vital link between management, staff, and clients. By mentoring staff, auditing care delivery, and keeping accurate records, youll help embed best practice and CQC compliance throughout the service.
If youre energetic, organised, and enjoy a mix of office and field-based work, this role is perfect for you. Come join us and make a real difference every day!
