Morgan Philips is seeking a skilled HR Systems Manager with some Payroll experience, to support this growing business during a crucial period of transformation and development. This position is offered on a 6-month fixed term contract basis initially and will pay up to c£60,000pa. One day per week in the office is required.
As the HR Systems Manager, you will be responsible leading the implementation of their first HR System. Currently working with very manual processes, you need to be comfortable working with spreadsheets and getting the data accurate before it's uploaded to the new HRIS. This role requires a data-driven approach to HR management with a strong emphasis on systems implementation and process efficiency.
You will bring:
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong data management skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
* Demonstrated experience in systems implementation and process flows specific to HR functions.
* Previous payroll management experience is essential.
* Ability to create engaging presentations and dashboards using Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and best practices in HR.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and support employees at all levels.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-service-oriented philosophy.
Qualifications:
CIPD Level 5 or above or equivalent HR qualification is desirable. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to be present in the office at least one day per week, with flexibility for remote work.
