This position offers an exciting opportunity for graduates in related subjects such as Business Studies, Manufacturing / Operations Management, and Engineering to develop into business leaders. In this role, you will support the business in delivering to customers such as Rolls Royce, MBDA, Safran, NASA and Thales. Key Role Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing processes. - Analyse manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. - Engage in ongoing training programs to build technical and leadership skills and explore industry leading initiatives. Develop as a senior member of the Operations management team. Candidate Requirements: - Degree / masters in Business, Manufacturing / Operations, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong analytical and critical thinking / problem-solving skills, with a specific interest in manufacturing.
