About the Role:
• Raising sales invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining purchase ledger - reviewing and processing supplier invoices.
• Statement reconciliations
• Management of expense cards and processing receipts.
• Maintaining records of sales refunds and reductions monthly.
• Investigating and resolving account/invoice queries.
• General bookkeeping tasks, assisting with bank reconciliations and VAT returns.
• Daily circulation of reports.
• Supporting Head of Finance and wider team.
• Ad hoc administrative duties as required.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Excellent communication skills.
• A professional, confident and effective telephone manner.
• AAT qualifications or similar will also look at QBE
• Established finance skills
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
• Competent dealing with multi-currencies
