Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized Dispatch Manager to oversee and coordinate the dispatch operations at our production facility. You will be responsible for organizing daily dispatches, managing inventory flow, and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries to our customers. You’ll work closely with production, sales, and logistics teams to keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, manage, and oversee the daily operations of the dispatch department. * Schedule and coordinate deliveries to clients across various locations, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch. * Monitor inventory levels of finished goods and ensure accurate record-keeping. * Communicate with production, sales, and warehouse teams to align dispatch schedules with demand and capacity. * Supervise loading/unloading activities to ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained. * Track deliveries and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly. * Maintain accurate documentation for all shipments, including invoices, delivery notes, and transport logs. * Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained during handling and transport. * Lead, train, and motivate the dispatch team to meet operational goals. Qualifications & Skills: * Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehousing, or a related role. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. * Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, inventory software). * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is an asset.
