My client has an exciting opportunity for a fluent German & English-speaking, ambitious candidate with 2+ years of phone-based customer service experience in an office environment to join as a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor in Birmingham.
This role is a 50/50 German and English speaking position supporting their Munich and UK offices.
They seek a candidate with strong customer service and relationship-building skills, eager to use their German language skills in the workplace. You will handle queries from insurance brokers and customers for their digital service platform, requiring strong written and verbal skills in both German and English.
Insurance experience is advantageous but not essential. Candidates from any background are welcome, but fluency in German and English is mandatory. Non-fluent speakers should not apply, as they will not be considered.
