Sales and Service Administrator (Part-Time)Hazel Grove | 20–30 hours per week | £12.21–£12.50 per hour
We are a well-established, family-run windows and doors company based in Hazel Grove, and we are looking for a Sales and Service Administrator to join our busy team. This is a hybrid role, supporting both our service department and sales administration team.
The role would suit someone with previous administration experience, ideally with an interest in technical or construction-related industries. Experience within the window industry would be preferred.
The successful candidate will have:
· Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
· Good IT skills and confidence in using Microsoft Office
· A polite telephone manner and excellent communication skills
· The ability to prioritise their workload in line with business needs, multi-task effectively, and think on their feet
· A team player attitude with tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers
Key duties will include:
· Handling customer enquiries
· Establishing service requirements and ordering parts
· Scheduling and diary management
· Supporting the sales administration team with processing orders, quotes, and general admin tasks
· Providing polite and professional customer support across both departments
Hours will initially be 20–30 per week, likely within the 10am – 4pm window. There may eventually be the requirement to cover an occasional Saturday on an ad-hoc basis.
Pay: £12.21 – £12.50 per hour
