Key Responsibilities
* Build relationships with customers to win sales, improve margin, and provide excellent service.
* Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings and be seen as a trusted advisor.
* Collaborate with other branch areas to meet customer needs.
* Complete all call backs promptly.
* Work with internal teams to understand products and anticipate customer needs.
* Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with customer returns to reduce return rates.
* Utilise business data to identify opportunities across customer bands and product groups.
