About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical engineering background to join our client-a thriving manufacturing site in Wednesbury. You'll be part of a small, supportive team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring machinery runs reliably and safely.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
* Perform fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs to minimize downtime.
* Help drive continuous improvement projects and process optimizations.
* Promote and maintain high health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Essential Requirements
* City & Guilds Level?3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
* Strong capability in electrical fault-finding and repairs.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment.
* A dynamic, proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Desirable:
* Experience with PLC systems.
