The Role:
We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new leads and develop business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts
* Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to optimise client experience
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset
* Ability to manage their own diary for client meetings
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
* Valid driving license
* Willingness to travel
* Industry-specific knowledge would be an advantage.
