Operations Support Specialist - Requirements
Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Consistently executing daily business (receiving orders, data entry, informing customers about shipment status etc.)
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Establishing relationships with day-to-day contacts.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and order management systems.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the database.
Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.
