Location: Whitley, Coventry (CV3)
Pay: £455-£480 per week

Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm

About the Role:
A welcoming and inclusive school in Whitley, Coventry is looking for a dedicated SEN to join their team in September. You will be working across the whole school, supporting children with speech and language needs-both within classroom settings and the school's SEN.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver targeted speech and language interventions across the school
Support students in the SEN provision to develop communication and interaction skills
Work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to identify needs and implement strategies
Assist in the creation and review of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
Monitor and record pupils' progress in speech, language, and communication
Promote confident communication between students, peers, and teaching staffCandidate Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or degree in Speech and Language Therapy
Some experience supporting pupils in a school setting
Knowledge or experience of working with SEN pupils is highly desirable
Confident in delivering interventions and adapting communication methods to meet individual needs
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skillsAbout the School:
