Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join their expanding Business team as a Lecturer in Business, delivering to Level 2 and Level 3 students. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established department at a time of growth, contributing to the continued success and exceptional student experience we pride ourselves on.
Based in Cambridge, this role involves planning and delivering engaging, inclusive Business lessons at Level 2 and Level 3, as well as providing tutorial and pastoral support to students. You will help learners develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for further education or entry into employment.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience:
* Proven experience delivering high-quality teaching and learning in a post-16 environment
* A track record of supporting students to achieve excellent academic outcomes
* Experience as a personal tutor or in providing tutorial support (desirable)
* Familiarity with a range of assessment methods tailored to varied learning needs
Skills and Abilities:
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a range of audiences
* Collaborative team player with a flexible and reflective approach
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
* Committed to student success with an inclusive and supportive mindset
Qualifications:
* A teaching qualification at Level 5 or a willingness to work towards one
* A relevant qualification in Business or substantial industry experience
