YOUR MISSION:
* Be part of the BIG MAMMA kitchen team.
* Prepare cold dishes, antipasti, and insalate.
* Follow recipes and directions from kitchen management.
* Respect health & safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organization.
* Create a memorable experience for our customers.

YOUR SKILLS:
* Passion for Italian food and a big smile.
* Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Previous kitchen experience preferred.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
