Pay Rate: £162 - £232 per day (dependent on experience)
Aspire People is looking for a dedicated SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teacher to join a fantastic school in the B9 area, starting January 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional learning needs.
The Role:
Provide tailored, high-quality teaching for students with Special Educational Needs
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and personalized learning strategies
Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive
Assess, monitor, and track student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed
Collaborate with a team of professionals, including SENCOs, support staff, and parents
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A compassionate, patient approach to teaching
Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the individual needs of students
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
