Provide non-diagnostic medical advice to policyholders and helpline clients. Liaise with international hospitals, clinicians, and partners to assess care standards, coordinate treatment, and facilitate patient movement. Conduct pre-travel and pre-deployment medical assessments to ensure fitness and reduce risk for overseas personnel. Offer clinical input and escalation support for medical cases handled by coordinators and other team members. Assist with emergency airline employee health services and flight nursing when required. Ensure equipment and medical supplies are maintained and ready for repatriation work. Youll work closely with doctors, case coordinators, and global partners including nursing and occupational health teams, overseas medical providers, and airline health departments to deliver world-class care. About You Were looking for a motivated and compassionate nurse who: Is NMC-registered (RGN) and holds a current NMC pin. Has at least 3 years recent acute care experience, ideally within critical care, A&E, HDU, CCU, or surgical nursing. Communicates clearly and empathetically, both verbally and in writing. Is confident using technology including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases. Remains calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, showing sound clinical judgement under pressure. Enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary and international team. Desirable experience includes: Clinical case management, occupational health, or travel health.
